Fox News moderators armed with slides, videos

Fox News doesdo a good job hosting debates, but Bo Snerdley, Rush Limbaugh’s “official Obama criticizer,” asked if the Fox moderators perhaps came to the table a bit too prepared, hitting Donald Trump in particular with slides of statistics and even compilations of video clips to counter his claims.

Of course not.

The friction between moderator Megyn Kelly and Trump that was on full display at the first GOP debate wasn’t as pronounced here, but to some, it certainly looked like she would have been happy to have battled Trump herself, especially as she was prepared with a compilation of video clips showing Trump flip-flopping on issues over the years.

Trump will have plenty to say about it tomorrow morning.

Ronan Farrow exposes Megyn Kelly’s ‘casual bigotry’

We agree with Ronan Farrow here “that moment” is worth a hard second look. Which moment from Thursday’s GOP debate are we talking about, exactly? To many, it was the moment when moderator Megyn Kelly revealed her bigotry against Muslims by suggesting that the neighbors of the San Bernardino terrorists should have called the police because they saw Muslims having a lot of packages delivered.

Farrow posted a clip as proof of Kelly’s “casual bigotry.”

That is an awfully short clip if you’re looking to prove someone is racist. Is it possible that it was taken out of context? Kelly was having an exchange with Gov. Chris Christie about profiling, which he opposes, and how he squares that with something like the San Bernardino mass shooting.

When Christie asserted that neighbors of the killers knewthat “these folks had weapons, they knew that they were talking about trying to take our country and attack it,” Kelly corrected him: “Neighbors said they saw men going in and out of the garage. They saw packages being delivered. They saw Muslims and they did not think that was enough to call the cops. Do you?”

In other words, Kelly denied that anyone knew the couple had weapons or plans for a terrorist attack; all they knew was that the Muslim couplehad a lot of packages delivered to their house, and that was no reason to call the police. Did Christie think it was?

Ronan Farrow heard an out-of-context, 12-second Vine clip, he hearda Fox News hostsay “Muslim,” and he calledMegyn Kelly a “casual bigot.” Would you?

Megyn Kelly rips CAIR after Brandeis cancels honor for Ayaan Hirsi Ali

Fox anchor Megyn Kelly took on a representative from the Council on American Islamic Relations after the group pressured Brandeis University to cancel plans to award Islam critic and women’s advocate Ayaan Hirsi Ali an honorary degree. Ibrahim Hooper repeatedly interrupted with accusations of “hate” and Kelly, of course, smacked him down with pesky facts.

Pat Sajak isn’t just another pretty face. The man has some serious moves.

Uh oh. Was Megyn Kelly counting on Sajak’s honesty? Time to tuck away those smooth moves, Sajak.

Maybe Sajak had another Fox anchor in mind?

Megyn Kelly asks why Brendan Tevlin case not being treated as terrorism

#BrendanTevlin was finally trending on Twitter last Friday as his story was picked up by Fox News (while still being ignored by the rest of the mainstream media).

#BrendanTevlin 's accused killer sz he did it to avenge the deaths of Muslims in the Iraq/Afghan. Was Brendan victim of a terrorist attack?

— martha maccallum (@marthamaccallum) September 12, 2014

The story of 19-year-old college student Tevlin, who was gunned down in his family Jeep on his way home from a friend’s house, was discussed by Fox News’s Megyn Kelly and Judge Andrew Napolitano on Monday night’s “Kelly File.”

Why isn’t #BrendanTevlin case being treated as terrorism by DOJ? @Judgenap weighs in on #KellyFile now

— Megyn Kelly (@megynkelly) September 16, 2014

Evidence links Tevlin’s shooting to Ali Muhammad Brown, who told investigators that Tevlin’s slaying was a “just kill” and who answered yes when asked by a detective if the alleged murders were “done for vengeance for the actions of the United States in the Middle East.”

Thanks @megynkelly for covering the #BrendanTevlin terror attack @FoxNews Don't ever give up in the fight for the truth and justice. Peace.

— RickyRay (@RickyRayinGA) September 16, 2014

PLEASE Take the politics out if it for ONCE. #BrendanTevlin was MURDERED by a confessed jihadist who did so bc of his beliefs. #KellyFile

— Dabney Porte (@DabneyPorte) September 16, 2014

@Judgenap The silence from Obama & the DOJ about the murder of Brendan Tevlin in the name of Islam sickens me @megynkelly #kellyfile

— Lizabeth (@lizabethcolo) September 16, 2014

Today I asked @GovChristie if #BrendanTevlin's murder was a terrorist act. He wouldn't answer, calling it off topic @megynkelly @ChasingNJ

— Ronica Cleary (@ChasingRonica) September 16, 2014

@megynkelly @Judgenap They can't even decide if we are fighting a war. Anything to protect a Muslim jihadist.

— Frank Fiordalisi (@fjf1329) September 16, 2014

@megynkelly @Judgenap At the very least, it's a hate crime and should draw DOJ response. It won't. #bias

— Judy McElmurray (@tigergal7175) September 16, 2014

This case has made me so angry Tevlin was an All American boy like my son was is an army Lt now. Disgraceful@Hebrews71 @megynkelly @Judgenap

— Britt (@FaithBased92) September 16, 2014

@megynkelly @Judgenap This administration sees every issue like this as criminal just like they classified Fort Hood as work place violence

— John D. Vernon (@JohnDVernon1) September 16, 2014

@megynkelly @Judgenap That wouldn't fit into O's narrative. Neither did Benghazi.

— gypsylisa (@gypsylisa60) September 16, 2014

@megynkelly @Judgenap Could it be due to Obama not wanting anything happening here in the states as not connected to terrorism?

— Ralph Zecco (@Rzecco) September 16, 2014

@megynkelly @Judgenap It's inconvenient right now. DOJ wants to wait until after the mid-terms

— StillAProudAmerican (@dpvar2) September 16, 2014

@megynkelly @Judgenap Well you know, it's just not PC. We must never call a spade a spade. No terrorism to see here, move along…..

— Leslie (@LeslieS1978) September 16, 2014

@megynkelly @Judgenap DO can't admit to terrorism on US soil. Won't work for the Admin's narrative. #shameful
